Ingredients of Veg White Sauce Pasta
For White Sauce:
- 2 tsp butter
- 2 tbsp white flour
- 400 ml milk
- 1 tsp pasta seasoning
- ½ tsp chilli flakes
- ¼ tsp black pepper powder
- ½ tsp salt
For Pasta:
- 200 gm pasta
- 2 tsp oil
- 1 onion, cubed
- 2 green chillies , slit
- 4 garlic cloves, sliced
- 1 capsicum, cubed
- 1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup sweet corn
- 1.5 tsp salt
- ½ tsp chilli flakes
- ½ tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tsp pasta seasoning
- For garnishing coriander leaves
About Veg White Sauce Pasta Recipe: It is an extremely easy recipe that can be prepared in 20 minutes. Try this delicious Italian cuisine tossed in creamy white sauce, mixed herbs and veggies.
For White Sauce:
- Take butter in a pan.
- Add white flour and roast it for 3-4 minutes. Don’t let it turn golden brown.
- Add 250 ml of milk now and stir it fast to avoid lumps in the sauce.
- Pour the mixture in a grinder and give it a grind of 5 seconds for a smooth texture.
- Add pasta seasoning, chilli flakes, black pepper powder and salt.
- Mix well all the ingredients.
- Keep aside the white sauce.
For Veg White Sauce Pasta:
- Boil 2 glasses of water.
- Add 1 tsp oil and ½ tsp salt to boiling water.
- Add penne pasta and cook it on medium flame. Don’t overcook.
- Strain the pasta and keep aside.
- Heat a pan and add oil.
- Add onion, green chillies and garlic cloves. Fry them for 2 minutes.
- Now add capsicum along with mushrooms and sweet corn. Mix well.
- Add boiled pasta.
- Add remaining salt, chilli flakes, black pepper powder and pasta seasoning
- Pour the white sauce and add more milk to adjust the consistency. Mix well.
- Serve hot with garnishing of coriander leaves on the top.
