Moonglet Recipe :
1. 150gm Moongdal soaked overnight after that grind well and make a smooth paste.
2. Add veggies of your choice. I added, onion, capsicum & sweet corn.
3. Add Haldi powder, red chill powder & salt.
4. Add 1/4 tbsp baking soda n mix well.
5. Leave it for 10mins.
6. Add butter to the pan, and pour our ready better top it with coriander & Beetroot. Flip it Add more butter again flip it and wait till then golden and crispy.
7. Enjoy with green Chutney!!
