Born in El Paso, Texas while currently residing in San Antonio, Noel Montenegro is an emerging creative who allows introspection and vulnerability to be brought forth in his paintings and music. His works allow the audience to come to conclusions about their own humanity. It is through this genuine and down-to-earth style of creation that Noel enjoys giving others the chance to experience life in a more visceral way. In his own words, “beauty is to be truthful, and to be truthful is beautiful.”
