Q. What does your artwork represent?
My work represents risks in the sense that each mark is a gamble. I love skies and love the idea of contrast with my color choice. But being bold brings risks, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t, but being brave enough to try again is what I want my work to represent.
Q. What inspires you?
Skies are a huge inspiration or my art. I’m Exploring a new series of paintings called the skies subconscious. I want to explore the idea that the sky has actually got a mind and therefore the skies that we see are actually the behavior of the subconscious within the sky. This is something that is appealing to me very much at the moment.
Q. What does your art mean to you?
My art challenges me to see the world differently. I am excited by colours in reflections and sky lights. I want to keep finding ways to develop how textures create different tonal values.
