Life as we see it today, as we perceive things, make an opinion and then come to a conclusion, it all depends on our thought process. What we see during the initial stages of our life and how we act upon them makes us the person that we’ll be after we’ve grown up.

The teenage is a crucial part of an individual. This is the age where their body starts to change, hormonal changes come to play and bring changes physiologically as well as psychologically.

Grown-ups think with the prefrontal cortex, the cerebrum’s objective part. This is the aspect of the mind that reacts to circumstances with trustworthiness and an attention to long haul outcomes. Teenagers measure data with the amygdala. This is the passionate part.

In teenager’s mind, the associations between the passionate aspect of the cerebrum and the dynamic community are as yet creating—and not generally at a similar rate. That is the reason when adolescents have overpowering enthusiastic info, they can’t clarify later what they were thinking. They weren’t thinking as much as they were feeling.

What they learn at this age is how their mind will work throughout their lifetime. It is very necessary as a parent/elder sibling, to connect with them and understand them and also to guide them through their course of action, and to let them know what might be the consequences of a particular action.
