MC Heam aka Hemant Dhyani is a Rapper, Producer, Lyricist, stage and recording artist. He has worked with an Oscar and Grammy-winning Musician, A R Rahman in his several projects like Beyond the clouds, Robo 2.0, Worldcup hockey anthem, and Marvel anthem and did a tour with him in 2019. MC Heam has also been part of a TV reality show called “MTV hustle” and got a lot of appreciation for his unique Music style, Compositions, and Lyrics. Recently he is working as a Rap instructor at TDDP (The Dharavi Dream Project).

1) When did your journey as a musician begin?

I started my journey as musician in 2008.

2) Which was your first song?

Kaliyug!

3) Which music genre do you normally prefer?

Jazz, Hop, Chill and Lofi music!

When I lost in the show ,that moment was best because I knew that I performed well and composed track so well still I lost ,it let me understood one thing about me ,you gotta give your best wherever you are, jeetna harna kuch matter nai karta!

5) Who has been your inspiration?

I have been inspired international artists like Mac Miller, Anderson Paak, Gorillaz, Radio head highly influenced by A.R. Rahman sir music since childhood ROJA was one of the track.

6) Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years?

I want to become a main face of hip hop and want to known as best music composer too.

7) Which has been your most memorable performance?

Orissa Tour with A. R. Rahman sir is still a memorable moment and performance for me, Barabati stadium watching Shahrukh Khan sir and Madhuri Dixit mam and performing with them was memorable.

8) Tell us about your latest track.

Latest track is chill indie music “Gumm” !

9) How has MTV Hustle helped you establishing a fan base?

It helped me gain huge fan base and it’s helping me to spread my music.

10) How was life in quarantine?

Life in quarantine was beautiful realized so many things how beautiful my life and I need to take care of this body so that I can live happy life and take care of people around.
