An Intel Rocket Lake S CPU as of late turned up on GeekBench, conveying OpenCL execution that was more slow than even some Kaby Lake GPUs. This brings up issues about the province of Intel’s Xe illustrations, following the frustrating trip of the DG1 discrete arrangement months sooner.

It is pertinent to note here that the Xe GPU was running at simply 1.15 GHz. While contending iGPUs from AMD run as high as 1700 MHz and past, Intel’s own Ice Lake Gen11 parts top out at around 1100 MHz. Except if Intel plans to incline tickers up significantly, these numbers paint an agonizing picture over Gen12 Rocket Lake S GPU performance.
