Q. What does your artwork represent?
I love to travel, though I confess I haven’t been around as much as I would have liked. To be amongst nature with no people around and nothing to distract me is how I envision my travels to be. And that’s what I like to paint as well. My art reflects all these beautiful, untouched landscapes I wish to visit and be one with. I do enjoy painting botanicals as well as it again represents nature at its best.
Q. What inspires you?
As I said, nature is my biggest inspiration. If I am witness to a gorgeous landscape or a flower in full bloom, or just the sun peaking through a mass of cloud.
Q. What does your artwork represent?
Art has been a constant in my life. I started painting when I was very young and though I haven’t pursued it consistently over the years, it has been my go to, to relax and be one with my thoughts. I have always found it easier to communicate visually than verbally, and lately I feel I can communicate more effectively through my art.
