Hi, I am Hima.  I am a software engineer by profession and artist by passion based in San Francisco, California. 
Creating art is something that I have always loved and I am fortunate enough to continue it along with my tech career. recently I started to realize I should be focusing on subjects that help the community & spread focus on issues we have through art because art has the ability to take the ordinary and transform it into something extraordinary.  Making money is not part of my mission but doing something meaningful is. 

For me, painting and coloring minimize stress and helps me spend time with myself.  It’s also one of the things that give my life meaning and purpose. 
 I have tried a wide range of subjects & different mediums to find out what I really like. That includes digital, oil & watercolor paintings and a lot of subject experimentation like buddha, florals, landscapes, portraits, illustrations. 
Recently, I have combined two of my favorite medium of painting- digital watercolors with more of a focus on landscapes and portraits.
