Q. What Does Your Artwork Represent?
My Art represents POWER!
Presenting the world solely from a subjective perspective, distorting the figures radically for emotional effect in order to evoke moods or ideas. The paintings are representations of living power that come out from inside the paintings. As an Expressionist Painter I do not look at the subject when I paint, but rather ” SEE ” images unfolding before me as I paint. I reject the immediate perception, instead, I build on more complex psychic structures within the painting, impressions or mental images that pass through my visual filter.
Q. What inspire you?
The Ancient Norse World, The Roman World, The Greek World & stories of Legends.
Q. What Does Your Art Mean to You?
What my Art means to me, is a direct Invocation and Evocation of Power! Look at my ” ODIN The Norse God ” he evokes Power every time you look at him!
