Q. What does your artwork represent?
My art represents emotion and creativity. I try to take normal concepts like lions or a sunset and bring something surreal to it.
Q. What inspires you?
Music inspires almost all of my paintings. I meditate on songs and get colorful images and scenes in my head to bring to life. I try to bring the emotions I feel from the music onto paper.
Q. What does your art mean to you?
My art influences almost everything I do. It is a symbol of my work ethic. It was something that didn’t come naturally to me, but I worked hard to improve on. Which means more to me than anything that has come naturally.
