Aflatun Israilov is a landscape painter from Azerbaijan.

He is a self-taught artist and inspired by nature itself. His paintings are in private collections across America and Europe. Aflatun is a member of the Union of Azerbaijani artists and has had numerous exhibitions in the country. He has also been a participant and winner of several international art contests in Russia, Italy, and other countries.
