With each passing day, TATA motors is reaching new heights. From hatch-back to SUV, from affordable to luxurious vehicles, TATA is shining bright in the market. First TATA presented Harrier SUV which was a huge success. Then, in this year Auto Expo 2020 at Delhi TATA Gravitas 6-seater SUV made its debut in India.

 TATA Gravitas looks almost similar to TATA Harrier as it is built on the same Omega architecture as Harrier. It’s more like that TATA Gravitas is a 6 seater version of TATA Harrier. TATA Gravitas follows similar design to all the recently launched TATA vehicles.

As it is upgraded version of Harrier, it has the same line grills, flanked slim led, projector lamps right below the led and then fog lamps at the bottom, same spoiler, same alloys design, same alloy profile and same size.

What’s different?

The Greyish matte finished grills, the redesigned windows, quarter glass, beefier D-Pillar, Different roof rail, Lifted roof, tail lamp size and design.

In terms of dimensions, TATA Gravitas measures 4661mm length, 1894mm width and 1786mm height. In terms of power, Gravitas has a 2.0-liter turbo, 4-cylinder diesel engine which produces a total of 168 BHP and 350 NM torque. TATA Gravitas will be handled by 6-speed manual gearbox and 6-speed automatic gearbox sourced from Hyundai.

TATA Gravitas is competing against Mahindra XUV 500, Jeep Compass, Kia Seltos, and MG Hector. Although, it has not been launched yet but is expected to launch soon in this year. And it is expected to launch at 15 to 20 lakh price.
