The lifestyle of most of the people today seems to be quite tiring and hectic. I’ve seen people complaining about having stress mentally as well as physically. When I tell them to exercise they say,
“Arrey yaar, time kahan hai!” i.e.,
“We don’t have time!” (Although they’ve time to chill and watch Netflix for a whole day)
It’s not the time they lack but motivation and discipline.
I’ve also seen people of my age being involved in drugs.
Where will this kind of lifestyle lead them to? Perhaps nowhere!
On the other hand there are people who have chosen a healthy lifestyle and are doing well, mentally as well as physically in their respective lives.
One such personality is Nishant Sharma, who has achieved a lot of milestones in his bodybuilding journey, his latest and best being the same i.e., Bronze in Sheru Classic 2020.
I’m not telling you to go for bodybuilding, no that would be a misinterpretation. You can choose a healthy lifestyle by doing a little for your body, a little exercise, meditation, balanced diet and what not.
After all it’s your body and have to live in it till the end.
He started his body building career in 2016 and have been accomplishing milestones in it.Some of his achievements are as follows:
