5 ways to live out the gentleman lifestyle

5 ways to live out the gentleman lifestyle

“Man is never so manly as when he feels deeply, acts boldly, and expresses himself with frankness and with fervor.” A statement that holds true in all senses. Being a gentleman is a dream almost every man thinks he’s achieved, but belief me guys, most of us live out our whole life trying to become one and thinking that we already are one. So how exactly can we move forward in this direction to maybe get a little closer to being what this world needs more and more? Let’s go through some ways to speed it up a little.

1. Grooming

In today’s age and era, grooming is something you should take to another level as a gentleman. You cannot underestimate the significance of looking and feeling good. Personal grooming boosts your confidence and defines your personality. For men, one of the best and golden grooming tips is to keep everything neat and trimmed. It is vital to keep your chest hair, eyebrows, back, and pubic hair tamed.

2. Well fit clothes

You will never be a better dresser if you wear clothes that don’t fit correctly. If something doesn’t fit, then it never looks good, no matter how hot you think the item looks on the rack. Well-fitting clothes will complement your body, whereas ill-fitting ones will draw attention to your problem areas. When you wear clothes that fit well, you’ll not only look but also feel better. Your posture appears better, which affects the way you (and other people) perceive yourself. You’ll feel a lot more confident. This is why fit is such an important aspect of style.

3. Chivalry

Being a gentleman by always giving a woman the respect she’s due is what chivalry is all about. It’s not rocket science or difficult in any way. It’s not outdated or un-cool. It is not offensive, nor demeaning to today’s modern women. Instead, it is a highly appreciated and valued quality and behavior that most women wish all men exhibited. Don’t follow the crowd on this one, since so many men don’t know or practice this amazing art. Be your own man by stepping up and being the gentleman every one of us should be. Not only will the women love you for it, but you’ll gain a great sense of pride and satisfaction by being recognized as a guy women enjoy spending time with.

4. Honesty and loyalty

As the saying goes, honesty really is the best policy, especially when it comes to dating and relationships. No-one really does enjoy ‘playing games’. If you like someone, you like someone and a proper gent won’t be afraid to let that person know how they feel about them. Things can get tough in relationships and it’s not always going to be a walk in the park despite how much you both love and adore each other. A gentleman will always support and be there for his partner, even during the most challenging of times.

5. Acceptance of imperfections

This may be the most important characteristic on the list. The term “gentleman” isn’t meant to be an unattainable ideal; it takes into account basic human nature, in which we all make mistakes, choices, and judgments every day. The difference lies in that a gentleman does not believe himself to be perfect, but instead takes ownership and responsibility for the things he can control: his actions, knowledge, and approach to the world.

So what’s the point of knowing and doing all this? Well, we all know the current state of basic humanity all across the globe. We are living in a systematic disaster where we ourselves have become the enemy that will destroy what everyone holds dear to themselves. It is not a very difficult task to become a gentleman or a lady, but it is a matter of choice.
